Introduction of Insulating Fire Brick:
Insulating Fire Brick does not allow direct contact with flame, high temperature melts and are easily eroded in a chemical atmosphere. Light weight fire brick has the characteristics of low density, high porosity, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and certain compressive strength. it is widely used in heat treatment equipment.

Feature of Insulating Fire Brick:
1.Light weight fire brick has large porosity and loose structure, so it cannot be used in direct contact with slag and liquid metal;
2. Because of low mechanical strength, it can not be used for load-bearing structure;
3. Due to its poor wear resistance, it is not suitable for contact with the fireface and wear parts.
